After earning her Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate from California State University, Annette started Just Document Preparation in 1996. After serving as an officer on the board of the California Association of Legal Document Assistants for 3 years, she was nominated to serve as Vice President in 2008. During that time, as President of the Inland Empire Chapter, she facilitated monthly educational workshops with attorneys, judges, and other professionals for the purpose of increasing professionalism in her field. Until they disbanded, she was a member of the National Association of Legal Document Preparers. While serving as an Advisory Board Member of Maric College’s Legal Document Assistant Program in Pomona, she reviewed and gave input on their curriculum and spoke to the students about the legal document assistant profession. In 2009 she became a real estate broker forming G&G Real Estate. To adhere to a higher standard of ethics, she joined the Inland Valley Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a notary public and member of the National Notary Association. Annette is listed in Strathmore’s Who’s Who of Business Professionals. Joel began serving Just Document Preparation clients in 2002.  After completing his undergraduate studies at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego and California Baptist University in Riverside, he began to improve procedures and update technology to make the team of legal document assistants, and the business more efficient and convenient for clients. While opening a second office in Murrieta for our team of legal document assistants to provide services, and helping to manage the Riverside office, he earned his MBA at California Baptist University in 2011. In his academic and career pursuits, Joel has earned several distinguished honors and awards. Joel’s knowledge of business and the legal document assistant procedures, coupled with his drive and ability to quickly gain the confidence and respect of others has made him a valuable asset to the company and the community. Luisa Quintana, Legal Document Assistant

Luisa earned her paralegal certificate at Platt College in Ontario, California in 2003. After working several years in the legal industry as a paralegal, she joined Just Document Preparation in 2010 as a legal assistant. Because of her years of dedication, competence and reliability, she presently manages Just Document Preparation’s satellite offices throughout the Inland Empire. Luisa’s friendliness and professionalism contribute in large part to our client’s overall satisfaction.

Robert is the managing Realtor & GRI, at G&G Real Estate, Just Document Preparation’s sister company. Robert left the corporate world bringing his expert business and negotiation skills. The GRI designation is the most respected and prestigious real estate designation in the nation. Robert is one of the 2.39% of all California real estate licensees who have demonstrated their commitment to professionalism and knowledge in the industry.
