I am going through a divorce and my soon to be ex-husband is trying to get the courts to side with him. He would like to take my kids is at all possible every other weekend and two days during the week. My children are not babies, they are 14, 16,and 17 years of age. Their father does not and is not willing to listen to them, they have on numerous times expressed their feelings to him and asked him to leave things as they are. They see him every Sunday if possible, but he will not budge. He is hurting them by making them or forcing them to be with him. I believe children should by all means the right to speak to the court.
